Returns & Exchanges

Any regular priced items that you were not in love with we will be happy to exchange or give in-store credit.*
- All returns must be received within 30 days of making the order
- All items must be unused and unwashed with tags still attached
- All sale items or items bought with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned
- Final sale items: Earrings, paper products, personal hygiene items, lotion, perfume, make-up, Glue Free Falsies, and Face Masks

*Swim-wear with tampered or missing liners will be refused and no refunds will be issues.
**Items Smelling of perfume, marked with make-up, showing signs of wear or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no refund will be issued.
***Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box intact and unaltered, the shoe box cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels place on the shoe box will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued.

Once the returned item(s) has been received and inspected you will receive a gift card via email.
*We suggest you keep retain your tracking information, as we are responsible for items lost in the mail.
