Returns & Exchanges

Any regular priced items that you were not in love with we will be happy to exchange or give in-store credit.*
- All returns must be received within 30 days of making the order
- All items must be unused and unwashed with tags still attached
- All sale items or items bought with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned
- Final sale items: Earrings, paper products, personal hygiene items, lotion, perfume, make-up, Glue Free Falsies, and Face Masks

* Swimwear with tampered or missing liners will be refused, and no refunds will be issued.
**Items smelling of perfume, marked with make-up, showing signs of wear, or with traces of animal hair, or reattached tags are not valid for return, and no refund will be issued.
***Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box intact and unaltered; the shoe box cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoe box will result in the package being refused, and no refund will be issued.

Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, you will receive a gift card via email.
*We suggest you retain your tracking information, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
*Swimwear with tampered or missing liners will be refused, and no refunds will be issued.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

Shipping & Ordering

We currently ship worldwide and love to see where you're ordering from.

We aim to process orders within 2 business days, but some may take longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Canada shipping is a $15 flat rate and is free for orders over $200.
USA shipping is a $22 flat rate.
International shipping is a $28 flat rate. -
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST or RST.
US and International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees, and they will be collected at the time of payment. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
